Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and QuonderBox IT Solutions (“we”, “us”), covering your use of SanBili. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. The service
SanBili reads supplier documents you upload, extracts their line items, helps you match them to your own products, and maintains a history of what you paid. It is a record-keeping and comparison tool. It does not place orders, negotiate with suppliers, or give financial, tax or legal advice.
Extraction is automated and imperfect. Every document produces a draft for you to review, and you are responsible for checking it before saving. We do not warrant that extracted figures are accurate, and decisions you make from them are yours.
2. Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use SanBili. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Your data belongs to the organization you create, and every user you invite into that organization can see it. Organizations are isolated from one another.
You must be at least 16 years old and must give accurate registration details.
3. Your content
The documents, images, products and prices you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, transmit and display that content to you and to others in your organization, including by sending documents to the extraction services described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — supplier documents routinely contain third-party information, and that is your responsibility, not ours. Note that images attached to products are stored in a public bucket and are viewable by anyone holding the URL.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or anything you have no right to.
- Do not attempt to reach another organization’s data, or to probe, scan or circumvent our security.
- Do not resell, rent out or sublicense access to the service.
- Do not use automated means to place unreasonable load on the service, or to work around plan limits.
- Do not use the service to build a competing product.
5. Plans, limits and billing
Plans and their limits are set out on our pricing section. Limits are enforced in the product: a document quota is a lifetime total for the account, while an extraction quota resets each billing period. Reaching a limit stops new work of that kind; it never deletes what you have already saved.
Paddle acts as our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for charging any applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices shown on this site are exclusive of such taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We offer a refund of an annual plan within 60 days of purchase where it has not been substantially used. Billing disputes are handled through Paddle.
6. Downgrades
This one is worth reading before you downgrade. Plans differ in how many suppliers you may keep active. If you move to a plan with a lower supplier limit and you are over it, the excess suppliers are archived, not deleted — their catalogs, documents and price history are preserved and become readable again if you reactivate them or return to a higher plan. Features exclusive to a higher plan stop being available, and content created with them remains but is shown locked.
7. Availability
We aim to keep SanBili available and to make sensible efforts to keep your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Paid plans can export your catalog and price history as CSV.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost savings, or losses arising from purchasing decisions you make using the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the application or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use SanBili after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Republic of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
